Mr. Harrison’s practice focuses on inbound and outbound international tax matters for closely-held businesses and high net worth families, including cross-border trust and estate planning. Mr. Harrison has vast experience in international tax controversy matters at all levels with the Internal Revenue Service, including initial audits, criminal investigations, administrative protests and appeals, private letter ruling requests and United States Tax Court proceedings. Mr. Harrison has also handled numerous remedial compliance and voluntary disclosure matters with the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Harrison is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows.

Mr. Kemm’s practice focuses on international tax matters for both domestic and non-U.S. clients. With nearly 30 years of combined practice as a tax lawyer and CPA, Mr. Kemm has vast experience advising clients in structuring international transactions and business operations in a tax efficient manner, and in representing clients before the IRS in international tax disputes. Mr. Kemm has represented clients in tax controversy matters at the audit, appeals and litigation levels. He has also represented numerous individuals in voluntary disclosures before the IRS.
Before taking up practice in the boutique firm environment, Mr. Kemm was a tax partner with McDermott Will & Emery in Chicago, and previously practiced tax law for many years with Baker & McKenzie. He also practiced tax as a CPA with Deloitte before obtaining his law degree.
While in law school, Mr. Kemm served as Associate Editor for the Indiana Law Review. He received his bachelors degree in accounting and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
As a member of the International Fiscal Association, Mr. Kemm served as Regional Vice President for the Midwest Region of the USA Branch of IFA before relocating to Florida. He is a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and is past Chair of the Controlled Group Subcommittee of the Affiliated and Related Corporations Committee. Mr. Kemm has also served as an Editorial Adviser to The Tax Adviser, a publication of the AICPA. He is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows. Mr. Kemm is currently serves on the International Tax Committee of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and has presented as a speaker since 2011 at the annual International Tax Conference co-sponsored by the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kemm is individually rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, and holds the TEP designation as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
